b. The preliminary plat appears to have an extra layer turned on and is <br />difficult to read, especially Outlot A. Revise if possible. <br />20. Final Plat <br />a. The City Engineer shall review standard drainage and utility easements to <br />verify they cover all drainage swales and stormwater facilities especially <br />along rear yards. <br />b. Outlot B appears to have a "circle" contour on it. Please verify if this is <br />required. <br />c. Easement language on Outlot A and Outlot B shall be revised to <br />"Drainage and Utility Easement Over All of Outlot AB" as applicable. <br />d.
