It is a case where the bond proceeds won't be immediately available so <br />the finance director recommends this action that will provide funding in the meantime. <br />Council Member Kusterman moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items IA through 1E, as <br />presented. Council Member Roeser seconded the motion.
