Council Member Stoesz asked why this <br />182 increase wasn't available for discussion at the last work session and Mr. Grochala explained that the <br />183 amount was just recently finalized. Council Member Rafferty concurred that this request is <br />184 reasonable; he added that he hopes the bid process will go in a positive direction. <br />185 <br />186 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 15-04 as presented. Council Member <br />187 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote; Council Member Roeser was absent. <br />188 <br />189 6B) Resolution No. 15-05, Authorizing Preparation of Plans and Specifications for the 2015 <br />190 Street Reconstruction Project- Community Development Director Grochala explained that moving <br />191 to plans and specifications is the next step in this project. WSB Engineering has submitted a <br />192 proposal to provide the services. He noted the schedule for the Reconstruction Project. <br />193 <br />194 Mayor Reinert noted that there was recently a public hearing held for the residents; there were some <br />195 questions and he wants to make sure they are being answered. City Engineer Hankee noted that <br />196 updated information is being provided on the city website. Council Member Rafferty noted that he <br />197 has reached out to the residents on the cul-de-sac to discuss that situation. <br />198 <br />199 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 15-05 as presented. Council Member <br />200 Stoesz seconded the motion.
