The PUD <br />Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat was approved in 2004 and the Final Plat was <br />approved in 2005. The original preliminary plat included 10 two-family dwelling units <br />(twin homes) and 1 three -unit attached townhome for a total of 23 units. All units were <br />approved as 2 stories units. <br />To date, 3 two-family dwelling units have been constructed for a total of 6 units. <br />
