Our plan believes <br />for every 100 brochures distributed, it will lead <br />to one good recruitment lead. This means by <br />the end of each year, we will have made a <br />good contact with at least 150 potential <br />recruits. A colored two-sided brochure costs <br />approximately 50 cents to produce. The funds would <br />purchase 15 pull up banners ($350 each) that <br />can be placed in each public area of the city <br />as well as 12 banner flags ($500 each). The <br />banner flags will be used to attract potential <br />recruits to our recruitment area so that we <br />can provide them with information on <br />becoming a firefighter and allow them to ask <br />questions. The banners would be placed <br />within the recruitment trailers and could be <br />used by any department event.
