Incredible Spaces. Outstanding Opportunities. <br />Request for Expressions of Interest <br />The City of Lino Lakes owns a development site at the Intersection of Interstate 35W and Lake Drive. There <br />are 20 acres remaining in the Planned Unit Development that contains the Chain of Lakes YMCA, civic offices, <br />apartments, an assisted living complex, bank and a medical clinic. <br />Infrastructure has been constructed with all utilities available on site. Amenities include nearby shopping in <br />a center anchored by Kohl’s and Target. Adjacent to the site is the 5,500 acre Rice Creek Chain of Lakes <br />Regional Park Reserve with trail connections. <br />Available for development are three distinctive areas referenced as the Urban Block, Neighborhood Block and <br />Town Square Block. Flexibility in developing a mix of uses exists and can be accommodated. Parcels can be <br />sold separately or combined. <br />Lino Lakes is seeking development interest and input from development professionals including both high <br />density housing and commercial/retail developers.
