Incredible Spaces. Outstanding Opportunities. <br />Requested Information <br />The goal of this RFEI is to determine the level of interest from development professionals in partnering with <br />the City on the development of the Legacy at Woods Edge site. Information sought includes possible scenarios; <br />sales disposition and property valuations; market conditions and an estimated development timeline. Background <br />on the site, including possible development scenarios, is included in Appendix A attached to this RFEI. To aid in <br />your responses, the graphic provided above breaks up the Legacy at Woods Edge Development into its three <br />quadrants known as “Urban Block”, “Neighborhood Block, and “Town Square Block”. <br />Specific information requested includes: <br />1) The City owns the property and is a potential development partner. What possible deal structures <br /> would your firm consider? Please describe the best fit for your firm. Your choices are not limited to <br /> the suggestions below: <br /> • Master developer with development fee <br /> • Joint venture partnership <br /> • Extended contract to market and develop <br /> • Another type of public-private partnership –describe your proposal <br />2) In this market which block would your development firm consider developing first?
