In almost all other city plans, there has not been any specific plan for disposal. The Lino <br />Lakes plan identifies two marshaling areas, and has an agreement with St Paul District Energy <br />to reduce and remove all infested trees from public and private lands. The reduction and <br />removal is at no cost to the City. City Staff is adding a line item into the 2016 City Budget for <br />Ash tree replacement of public trees for your consideration. The suggested amount is $5,000 <br />per year. <br />Requested Council Direction <br />Request suggested Environmental Board changes be implemented into the City EAB <br />Plan. <br />Attachments <br />1.
