The grading plan contours are from the original plat and need to lighter line weight to <br />represent the work being completed with this plat. Currently the plan shows grading <br />work within existing ponds that are not going to be disturbed. The NWL and HWL <br />should be labeled on the stormwater plan. The Utility plan should show the exiting <br />utilities in a lighter line weight to represent the work being completed with this plat. <br />2. A 5-foot wide drainage and utility easement is to be added between pads 1 & 2, and 2 & <br />3. <br />3. A construction access and phasing plan was submitted and is on file. The developer shall <br />restore the site once five of the units are constructed.
