Since this is less than the 31 or more total unit <br />threshold for requiring the construction of CSAH 23 left turn lanes, the CSAH 23 <br />left turn lane construction will not be required to be completed in conjunction with <br />this development. However, it should be noted that ACHD does not have any <br />programmed reconstruction for this section of CSAH 23 in our current 10 year <br />program, so should the City have concerns about left turn maneuvers at this <br />intersection, we would be supportive of the left turn lane construction occurring <br />in conjunction with this development. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide these additional comments.
