The PUD <br />Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat was approved in 2004 and the Final Plat was <br />approved in 2005. The original preliminary plat included 10 two-family dwelling units <br />(twin homes) and 1 three -unit attached townhome for a total of 23 units. All units were <br />approved as two story units. <br />The PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat was amended on May 11, 2015 with <br />Council Resolution No. 15-46 to allow for the construction of one-story units on 11 lots <br />
