The conditions have been satisfied unless otherwise noted in this report. <br />The final plat is consistent with the amended preliminary plat. <br />Subdivision Ordinance <br />Conformity with the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code <br />The PUD Final Plan/Final Plat has been reviewed for compliance with the comprehensive <br />plan, zoning and subdivision ordinance. The proposed development is not considered <br />premature and meets the performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance. <br />Blocks and Lots <br />The final plat of Turnberry Crossing Second Addition modifies Lots 1-11 and Lot 24 of <br />Turnberry Crossing. Turnberry Crossing Second Addition creates Lot 1-12. Lots 1-3 are <br />one story detached townhomes. Lots 4-11 are one story twin homes. Lot 12 is the <br />common open space.
