5. Sheet 2, Impervious Coverage Exhibit <br />a. The guest parking stalls between Lots 9-10 and Lots 13-14 shall not be <br />removed and shall be replaced with pervious pavers. <br />b. The irrigation shall extend further into <br />the southwest corner of the site. <br />c. Stormwater management ponds and their seed mix types shall be clearly <br />marked on the plan sheet. <br />d. Under Landscape Notes, remove "All disturbed areas to be turf seeded...." <br />comment. Sod shall be required in all open spaces. <br />8. Final Plat <br />a. A Consent to Plat is required from the mortgage holder. This shall be <br />drafted by the developer, approved by the City and recorded. <br />b.
