c. The Schedule for Buffers and Open Areas shall be separated. <br />d. The Schedule for Open Space and Replacement Trees may be combined. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves amending the boundaries of the Utility Staging Plan Phase 1 A to match the <br />"Development" Phasing Plan Phase I and II boundaries attached hereto as Exhibit A. The <br />"Development" Phasing plan shall dictate and supersede the Comprehensive Plan Utility Staging <br />Plan. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves that Outlot C shall be developed in a future phase as an age -restricted (55+ years of <br />age) multiple family dwelling consistent with the regulations of the R-4, High Density <br />Residential District with underground parking for 50% of the required stalls and at a density of <br />20 to 25 dwelling units per acre. Future development of Outlot C shall require a PUD Final <br />Plan/Final Plat, Development Contract and Site Plan Review. The Developer shall record against <br />Outlot C a declaration or other document stating these requirements. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10 day of March , 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the followingvoted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Roeser, Raffery, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, Ci Clerk <br />
