CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-98 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR'1'HE PROPOSED <br />2015 OPERATING BUDGET AND 2014 TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 2015 <br />WHEREAS, governmental entities are required to hold a hearing during a regularly scheduled <br />City Council meeting to receive public input on the proposed operating budget <br />and tax levy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes wishes to set the date and time of its meeting for <br />this purpose. <br />NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota that the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, that: <br />1. The public hearing date is hereby set for Monday, December 8, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. during the <br />regularly scheduled City Council meeting with final adoption of the 2014-2015 tax levy and <br />2015 general operating budget anticipated immediately following the hearing. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of September, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />g oP P P r and was duly seconded by Council Member <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and upon vote <br />Reinert <br />Jeff Reinert, <br />
