CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-102 <br />Approving a Liquor and Special Sunday Sales License for Paleos Restaurant for the <br />2014/2015 licensing period <br />WHEREAS, the liquor licensing period for Paleos Restaurant will begin upon approval <br />and run concurrent with all city' liquor licenses through June 30, 2015; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve liquor licenses, in some cases, prior <br />to State issuance of a license; <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the application that has been submitted and verified <br />that local licensing regulations are met; <br />WHERAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted the required background <br />investigation for the license renewal; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the liquor license for Paleos Restaurant with said <br />approval contingent upon applicant meeting all city and state requirements for said licenses. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of September, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, Roeser, Kusterman, <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />nne Bartell, City <br />introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and upon vote <br />Reinert <br />
