CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-103 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Custom Remodelers Inc. has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Custom Remodelers Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on the <br />company representatives that will be working in Lino Lakes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Tara Anderson, Hannah Gerdesmeier, Benjamin Smothers, Brandon Meyer, Thomas Bannochie, <br />Martin Bergner and Devin Sellin are employees of Custom Remodelers Inc., and are hereby <br />authorized to vend for a period of six -months beginning September 9, 2014 and ending March 9, <br />2015. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of September, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member st„Ps, and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, Roeser, Kusterman, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, City Cl rk <br />
