CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-119 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR ABATEMENT/ADDITION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has levied an assessment for taxes in 2013, payable in 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to abate that assessment as it was placed on the wrong Property Identification <br />Number; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes desires to correct this clerical error; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes as follows: <br />1. That the Director of Finance is directed to make application for abatement to Anoka County <br />for: <br />7730 Sunset Road, PIN 07-31-22-32-0006 in the amount of $6,835.24 to be deleted from <br />Fund #84677. <br />2. The Council further requests to correct the assessment record by adding to 550 & 552 Lilac <br />Street, PIN 17-31-22-21-0027, the amount of $6,835.24 to Fund # 84677. <br />3. The Council further requests that the Anoka County Board of Commissioners takes the <br />appropriate action to correct this clerical error. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of October, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upo <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoes <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />i nne Bartell, City <br />u <br />lerk <br />Jeff Reinert, ay • r <br />vote being <br />
