CITY OF LINO LAKES �..� RESOLUTION NO. 14-130 AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH WSB AND ASSOCIATES FOR THE UPDATE OF THE I35E CORRIDOR ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW WHEREAS, the City Council, as the Responsible Governmental Unit, authorized the preparation of an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) with Resolution No. 05-51; and WHEREAS, the City prepared a Draft I -35E Corridor AUAR document and the City Council authorized distribution it for public comment with Resolution No. 05-85; and, WHEREAS, the City distributed the I -35E Corridor Final AUAR as authorized by the City Council with Resolution No. 05-144; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Final AUAR with Resolution No. 05-159; and WHEREAS, MN Rules require an update of the AUAR every five years after the adoption of the original AUAR; and WHEREAS, the AUAR was last updated in October of 2010, and WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, has submitted a proposal to perform such services; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. That staff is authorized to enter into an agreement with WSB & Associates to update the 1- 35E Corridor Alternative Urban Areawide Review in the amount of $15.200. Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of November, 2014. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kusterman, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert The following voted against same: none ATTEST: anne Bartell, Ci Cle l� Jeff Reinert,
