Page 3-19 — Parks and Open Space will be modified to reflect the updated gross acres of <br />Park and Open Space to 3,425 acres, or 16.1 % of the city's total land area, and the gross <br />acreage of Civic/Institution to 496 acres, or 2.3%; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the following amendments to Chapter 7, Sanitary Sewer Plan: <br />1. Provide sanitary sewer service from District No. 1 as opposed to District No. 4 as <br />currently guided subject to review and approval by the Metropolitan Council as required <br />by Minnesota Statute 473.858. <br />2. Page 7-4 — Figure 7-2: Sanitary Sewer District Map has been modified to reallocate the <br />identified parcels in Sanitary Sewer District 1F instead of 4B. <br />3. Page 7-6 — Figure 7-3: Future Sanitary Sewer System with Full Build out Future Land <br />Use Map has been modified to show the identified parcels reflecting a Public/Semi- <br />Public land use as opposed to Park & Open Space. <br />4. Page 7-9 — Forecasts by Sewer Districts: Sewer District 1, first paragraph, last sentence <br />has been modified as follows: <br />a. There are about 779 developable acres in District 1 currently designated as low <br />density sewered residential, 82 acres designated as medium density residential, 21 <br />acres designated as mixed use -residential, 12 acres designated mixed use - <br />commercial, 7 acres designated commercial, and 28 acres designated <br />Civic/Institutional. <br />5. Page 7-10 — Forecasts by Sewer Districts: Sewer District 1, Last paragraph, last sentence <br />has been added as follows: <br />a. Approximately 39 acres of low density residential will probably not be developed <br />by 2030. <br />6. Page 7-10 — Forecasts by Sewer Districts: Sewer District 4, first paragraph, fourth <br />sentence has been modified as follows: <br />a. District 4 contains approximately 558 developable acres designated as low density <br />residential, 48 acres medium density, 9 acres high density, and 20 acres mixed use <br />residential. <br />7.
