CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-154 <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF LINO LAKES TO ENTER INTO A NEW <br />MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF FIRE PERSONNEL AND <br />EQUIPMENT BETWEEN MUNICIPALITIES IN ANOKA COUNTY <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department is authorized to enter into a new Mutual <br />Aid agreement with other Anoka County fire organizations and the cities in Anoka County. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 15th day of December, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, SToesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia ne Bartell, City lerk <br />
