Staff has been working <br />with the license holders to put in place all renewal requirements to allow for Council <br />consideration at this time. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Attached is a list of the establishments that have submitted renewal applications. As indicated, <br />the applicants have completed the necessary documentation and paid the fee that is required for <br />the license. No license will be released until all requirements are met. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Resolution 15-65, approving renewal of tobacco licenses for the period of July 1, 2015 <br />through June 30, 2016. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Resolution 15-65 <br />2015-16 Tobacco License Renewal List <br />
