CITY OF LINO LAK ES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-65 <br />Approving Renewal of Tobacco Licenses for the 2015/2016 Licensing Period <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for tobacco licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is one <br />year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of tobacco licenses; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been submitted <br />and verified that licensing requirements are met; and <br />WHEREAS, the city has completed the required background investigations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the renewal of tobacco licenses as set forth in <br />Exhibit A that is attached to this resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th of June 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member and was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
