1010.010 SEVERABILITY <br />If any section, division, sentence, clause or phrase of this sign chapter is for any reason held to <br />be invalid, the decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this sign chapter. <br />The City Council hereby declares that it would adopt the sign chapter in each section, division, <br />sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, <br />subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 1 0 day of November , 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Council <br />Member Roeser and was duly seconded by Council MemberKusterman and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jul . nne Bartell, ity erk <br />29 <br />
