(b) An elevation ten (10) feet higher than the lowest grade when the sidewalk or ground surface described in Item 1 above is more than ten (10) feet above lowest grade. The height of a stepped or terraced building is the maximum height of any segment of the building. BUILDING LINE. A building, together with its accessory buildings and use; where persons regularly assemble for religious worship and which building, together with its accessory buildings are uses, is maintained and controlled by a religious body organized to sustain public worship.
