Lot lines extending away from the lot frontage. which connects the <br />front and rear lot lines. <br />LOT, THROUGH. A lot fronting on two parallel streets. <br />LOT, TRL4NGULAR. A lot in which the side lot lines converge into a single vertex. The <br />vertex shall be deemed to be the rear lot line. <br />LOT, UNIT. Lots created from the subdivisions of a two family dwelling or townhome <br />having different minimum lot size requirements than the conventional base lots within the zoning <br />district. <br />LOT WIDTH. The horizontal distance between the side lot line of a lot measured at the <br />front building setback line and parallel to the front lot line. If the front lot line is curved, such as <br />on a cul-de-sac, the lot width is measured along a line parallel to a tangent to the front lot line. <br />MANUFACTURED HOME. A manufactured home means a structure, transportable in <br />one or more sections, which in the traveling mode is eight (8) body feet or more in width, or <br />forty (40) body feet or more in length, or, when erected on side, is three hundred twenty (320) or <br />more square feet, and which is built on a permanent chassis and designed to be used as a <br />dwelling with or without permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, and <br />includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems contained therein; except <br />that the term includes any structure which meets all the requirements and with respect to which <br />the manufacturer voluntarily files a certificate required by the Secretary of the United States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development and complies with the standards established <br />under Minnesota Statute 327 including the Manufactured Home Building Code adopted therein. <br />MANUFACTURED HOME SUBDIVISION. A subdivision designed and/or intended for <br />the sale of lots for residential occupancy by manufactured homes. <br />MANUFACTURED HOME PARK. Any site, lot, field or tract of land upon which two <br />(2) or more occupied manufactured homes are located, either free of charge or for compensation, <br />and includes any buildings or structures used or intended for use as part of the equipment of the <br />manufactured home park. <br />MANUFACTURED HOME LOT. A plot of land for placement of a single manufactured <br />home within a manufactured home park. <br />MINI SELF -STORAGE. An enclosed storage facility containing independent, fully <br />enclosed bays that are leased to individuals exclusively for the storage of household goods or <br />personal belongings. <br />1-27 <br />
