a. Such day care facility has access to municipal sewer and water or has <br />adequate private sewer and water to protect the health and safety of <br />all persons who occupy the facility. <br />b. Screening is provided along shared property boundaries. Such <br />required fencing and screening shall comply with the applicable <br />provisions of Section 3, Subd. 4.Q of this Ordinance. <br />c All day care facility operations comply with the minimum requirements <br />of the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services <br />regulations, as may be amended. <br />4 Funeral homes and mortuaries provided that: <br />5 <br />a. The site and related parking and service entrances are served by an <br />arterial or collector street or sufficient capacity to accommodate the <br />traffic which will be generated. <br />b Adequate off-street parking is provided in compliance with Section 3, <br />Subd. 5. of this Ordinance. <br />c.
