impervious disconnection, greenway connections to satisfy stormwater management <br />requirements. <br />WETLAND - area identified as wetland under Minnesota Statutes section 103G.005, <br />subdivision 19. <br />1011.05 APPLICABILITY <br />All land disturbing activity of any size shall be subject to standard erosion and <br />sediment control BMPs. A Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control Permit and/or a <br />Stormwater Management Permit shall be required for projects that meet or exceed the <br />thresholds established in Sections 1011.08 and 1011.09. <br />1011.06 EXEMPTIONS <br />The following land disturbing activities will be exempt from the Grading, Erosion <br />and Sediment Control and Stormwater Management Permit requirements of this <br />Ordinance: <br />(1) Cemetery graves. <br />(2) Routine agricultural activity such as tilling, planting, or harvesting of agricultural, <br />horticultural, or silvicultural (forestry) crops. <br />(3) Emergency work necessary to protect life, limb, or property. <br />1011.07 TECHNICAL REFERENCE <br />The following documents shall be used for technical reference: <br />(1) The Lino Lakes Surface Water Management Plan. <br />(2) The Lino Lakes Engineering Design Standards. <br />(3) The Lino Lakes Stormwater Design Standards. <br />1011.08 GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />(1) Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control - A Grading, Erosion and Sediment <br />Control Permit including an Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan shall be <br />required for all proposed land disturbing activity unless otherwise exempted in this <br />ordinance that meets any or all of the following: <br />(a) Includes excavation, filling, or stockpiling of erodible material in excess <br />of 100 cubic yards per acre; and/or <br />
