— 8. Traffic generation by proposed uses will be required to be within capabilities of <br />streets serving the property. <br />Section 2 <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by <br />the City Council on March 10, 2003 is hereby amended by rezoning from LB Limited <br />Business to NB Neighborhood Business the following property: <br />Lot 16, Block 1, Millers Crossroads according to the plat of record <br />thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Section 3 <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />Section 4 <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of October <br />2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joh.
