This district is intended to preserve a rural very low-density environment until such time as the land is needed for commercial and industrial uses. Residents of this district can expect to fully use the land for farming. grazing, animal husbandry. propagation of nursery stock, gardening., and other traditional rural use. In addition. the district is meant to prevent incursion of those land uses that would adversely affect or diminish the rural character of the land. In particular subdivisions of land for residential purposes as well as commercial and industrial uses without access to suitable infrastructure is not to be permitted.
