This district is intended to preserve a rural very low-density environment <br />until such time as the land is needed for commercial and industrial uses. Residents <br />of this district can expect to fully use the land for farming. grazing, animal <br />husbandry. propagation of nursery stock, gardening., and other traditional rural use. <br />In addition. the district is meant to prevent incursion of those land uses that would <br />adversely affect or diminish the rural character of the land.
