- To maintain acceptable per -capita costs for city services such as snow- <br />plowing, road maintenance, and fire and police protection. <br />- To define a "trigger -mechanism" that will establish a formula for the <br />rezoning of Rural -Business Reserve land to a business use as needed. <br />No sign may be closer than five (5) feet to any property line. <br />1. Residential Identifications: Not more than two (2) square feet of nameplate. <br />Institutional Identifications: Churches, schools, parks, etc. allowed up to <br />thirty-two (32) square feet; not higher than eight (8) feet. <br />3. Advertising Signs: Allowed by Interim Use Permit; forty (40) feet <br />maximum height above grade; must comply with General Regulations. <br />Section IV. <br />a. Must not be within seven hundred fifty (750) radius feet of an <br />existing residential structure or other advertising structure in a non - <br />freeway area. <br />b. Must not be closer than seven hundred fifty (750) radius feet of <br />another advertising structure. Shall not be closer than twelve <br />hundred (1200) feet to another such advertising structure on the <br />same side of an interstate freeway. For the purpose of this <br />Ordinance, a back-to-back or V -type sign shall be considered as one <br />structure. <br />c. Must not be closer than twelve hundred (1200) feet from any <br />adjoining zoning district. <br />d. Maximum size of sign shall not exceed Six Hundred Seventy Five <br />(675) square feet. <br />e. The site on which the sign is located shall comply with all area and <br />width requirements of the base zoning district. <br />f. Removal of the sign shall be required with the rezoning of the site or <br />redevelopment to add another principle use. <br />4. Business Signs: One ground or wall sign per building.. fifty (50) square feet <br />or ten percent (10%) of wall area, whichever is greater. <br />5.
