City Council <br />Legacy at Woods Edge <br />March 22, 2004 <br />SECTION 2. DISTRICT PROVISIONS <br />A. Development of the property shall be subject to the Lino Lakes Town Center <br />Design & Development Guide, attached hereto as Exhibit B and made a part <br />hereof. <br />B. Unless otherwise specified herein the development shall be subject to the <br />provisions of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable chapters <br />of City Code. <br />SECTION 3. <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and <br />previously amended. <br />SECTION 4. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of March, 2004 <br />Johne' Berson(Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair , ity Clerk <br />
