EXHIBIT A PARCEL A That part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southeasterly of 135W; EXCEPT the East 920.00 feet thereof and EXCEPT the South 180.00 feet of the West 1210.00 feet of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter. Subject to any easements or valid restrictions of record.
