On May 24, 2004, the City Council of Lino Lakes considered second reading of <br />Ordinance No. 15-04. <br />Councilmember Stoltz, introduced second reading of Ordinance No. 15-04 and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 15-04 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY <br />(FORMER BLACK DUCK LIFT STATION SITE) <br />TO THE OWNER OF PROPERTY LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 1, LAKES ADDITION NO. 6 <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />The real property described as: <br />That part of Outlot H, LAKES ADDITION NO. 2, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Outlot "H"; thence South along the <br />East line of said Outlot "H", 92.28 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />continuing South along said East line, 30 feet; thence West at right angles to said <br />East line, 30 feet; thence North at right angles, 30 feet; thence East at right angles, <br />30 feet to the point of beginning and there terminating. <br />(the "Property") is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City"). The city council <br />of the City has determined that, with the exception of a 10 foot drainage and <br />utility easement, the Property is no longer needed by the City for any public <br />purpose. <br />II. <br />The city council of the City authorizes conveyance of the Property directly to the <br />owner of property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Lakes Addition No. 6, <br />retaining therefrom, for public use, a 10 foot drainage and utility easement over <br />the easterly 10 feet of said parcel. <br />
