The mayor and city clerk -treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />such deed and other documents as may be necessary in order to convey the <br />Property. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following <br />its passage and publication, in accordance with section 3.09 of the city charter. <br />The motion for the adoption of this Ordinance was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Dahl, and upon roll call vote, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Councilmembers Dahl, Reinert, Carlson and Stoltz.
