CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 01-02 (ATTACHED) <br /> PERTAINS TO THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: <br /> The City Council hereby accepts an easement for pond and flowage purposes described <br /> as: <br /> That part of Lot 1, Block 10, Lakes Addition No. 3 lying southeasterly <br /> of a line described as follows: <br /> commencing at the northeast corner of said lot; thence westerly along <br /> the northerly line of said lot 83.00 feet to the beginning of the line to <br /> be described; thence deflecting to the left 53' 0' 00" a distance of <br /> 86.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 29' 35'52" a distance of 49.34 <br /> feet to the southwest corner of said lot, and said described line there <br /> terminating. <br /> The City Council hereby vacates a portion of an existing drainage and utility easement, <br /> the portion to be vacated being described as follows: <br /> The east five feet of the west ten feet and the south five feet of the <br /> north ten feet of Lot 1,Block 10,Lakes Addition No.3, lying <br /> northwesterly of a line described as follows: <br /> commencing at the northeast corner of said lot; thence westerly along <br /> the northerly line of said lot 83.00 feet to the beginning of the line to <br /> be described; thence deflecting to the left 53° 0' 00" a distance of <br /> 86.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 29' 35152" a distance of 49.34 <br /> feet to the southwest corner of said lot, and said described line there <br /> terminating. <br />
