The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township <br />31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, EXCEPT that part of the South <br />303.47 feet of said Quarter -Quarter Tying westerly of the following <br />described line: <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 28, Otter Lake Hills, thence <br />North 23 degrees 20 minutes 31 seconds West (assumed bearing <br />of north line of said Lot 28 is North 89 degrees 08 minutes 29 <br />seconds East) a distance of 55.00 feet; thence northerly on a <br />tangential curve to the right having a radius of 251.00 feet with a <br />central angle of 61 degrees 06 minutes, 10 seconds a distance of <br />267.68 feet and said line there terminating. <br />Section 4. As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially <br />passed and previously amended. <br />Section 5.
