<br />6. Plan Review Fee
<br />a. 65% of the Building Permit Fee
<br />b. In instances where two (2) or more permits are issued for a residential structure, the plan review fee
<br />shall be forty percent (40%) per dwelling unit.
<br />7. Escrow Fees
<br />An escrow fee in the amount of $1,500.00 shall be paid before a building permit is issued for all new buildings.
<br />The escrow fee shall be returned to the permit applicant, without interest, upon successful completion of the
<br />following:
<br />a. Sod installation.
<br />b. Curb stops must be raised to grade, in good condition and easily operable. Curb stops in driveways will
<br />have a driveway cover, available at the Public Works Department, or an approved alternate. Damaged
<br />curbing will be replaced as necessary.
<br />c. Phone read must be installed.
<br />d. All utility bills must be paid by the permit applicant up to the closing of the home.
<br />e. As built survey must be submitted and approved by City Engineer.
