Section 2 <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the City <br />Council on March 10, 2003 is hereby amended by rezoning from R, Rural to R-1, Single Family <br />Residential pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />following described real estate: <br />Lots 6, 7, and 8, Block 1, Mar Don Acres, and Lot 1, Block 3, Mar Don Acres <br />It is anticipated that the description shall become Lots 1-12, Block 1, and Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, <br />Haley Manor, upon recording of an approved final plat. <br />Section 3 <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />Section 4 <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after <br />A) approval of the comprehensive plan amendment described in Resolution 03-119, and <br />B) the ordinance's passage and publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council thr r' day of ,Li, 2003 <br />B-"eson, ayor <br />ATTEST: • <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />Ordinance 16-03, page 2 <br />
