Section 2 <br />A. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed <br />by the City Council on March 10, 2003 is hereby amended by adding personal <br />services to Section 7, Subdivision 3.F., the list of permitted uses in the GB General <br />Business zoning district. <br />B. The Zoning Ordinance is hereby further amended by amending the definition of <br />personal services, in Section 1, Subd. 2.B., so it reads: <br />Personal Service. Personal services shall include the following: barber shops, <br />beauty salon, electrolysis, manicurist, tanning parlor, physical therapy, therapeutic <br />massage, tattooing, and body piercing. <br />Section 3 <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />Section 4 <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13 day of c) c40 b- ✓ , 2003 <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City &erkL. <br />2u <br />John erge n, M yor <br />Ordinance 21-03, page 2 <br />
