On November 24, 2003, the City Council of Lino Lakes considered second reading of Ordinance No. 22-03. Councilmember O'Donnell introduced second reading of Ordinance No. 22-03 and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES ORDINANCE NO. 22-03 AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT WITHIN THE AREA OF THE RAVENS HOLLOW DEVELOPMENT The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: Section 1: Findings The City Council makes the following findings: 1. The City Council approved the preliminary plat for Ravens Hollow with Resolution 03-134 on August 25, 2003. 2. An easement exists within the area of the plat that is described as follows: A perpetual easement for ingress and egress across that part of Lot 8, Auditor's Subdivision No. 107, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 8, distant 324 feet west from the Northeast corner of said Lot 8; thence southerly at a right angle to said North line 120 feet, thence westerly at a right angle 100 feet; thence northwesterly to a point on the South line of the North 95 feet of said Lot 8 distant 660.3 feet East of the West line of said Lot 8; thence northerly and parallel to said West line 95 feet to the North line of said Lot 8; thence East to the point of beginning. 3. This easements should be vacated for the project to proceed as approved by the City. 4. The City Council held a public hearing on the vacation on November 10, 2003.
