Any person, corporation or city owning or controlling other easements contained upon the <br />property have the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon such way or portion <br />thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove or otherwise attend thereto. <br />Section 4 <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />The motion for the adoption of this Ordinance was duly seconded by Councilmember Carlson, <br />and upon roll call vote, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Councilmembers Dahl, Reinert, Bergeson, Carlson and O'Donnell. <br />The following voted against same: <br />None. <br />Whereupon said Ordinance was declared passed and adopted. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of November, 2003 <br />ATTEST: 04. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />Ordinance 22-03, page 2 <br />
