02-01 <br />Council Member O'Donnell introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 02-01 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY <br />ALLOCATING 2.55 ACRES OF MUSA RESERVE TO NINE LOTS IN THE <br />BEHM'S FARM PARK ADDITION <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does hereby <br />ordain: <br />Section 1. The City Council finds that the proposed project meets the City's Interim <br />MUSA Reserve Criteria as follows: <br />1. The request for MUSA is occurring concurrently with preliminary plat application. <br />2. The rezoning request is occurring concurrently with the MUSA request. <br />3. MUSA is adjacent to the site, across both Mustang and Palomino Lanes. <br />4. The net acreage for the nine lots is 2.55 acres, and that is the MUSA request. <br />5. Utilities exist directly adjacent to the site. <br />6. Roadways exist directly adjacent to the site. <br />7. The City has reviewed the proposal and there is no evidence of negative impacts to <br />the community health, welfare, or general safety. <br />8. The City has reviewed the proposal and there is no evidence of negative impacts to <br />the environment. The wetland plan was approved by the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District. <br />9. The revenue from developing the site into nine lots will provide funds to develop the <br />park consistent with the City's Comprehensive Park Plan. <br />10. The site is within the intended Behm's Century Farms Development within Sewer <br />District No.2 as reviewed by the Met Council. <br />11. Utilities exist directly adjacent to the site. <br />
