The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />passed by the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by rezoning from R, Rural, to <br />PSP, Public Semi -Public the following described real estate: <br />The southeast one -Quarter of the southeast one -Quarter (SE '/4 of SE 1/4) of Section 4, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the West 10 acres thereof. <br />Subject to existing easements and reservations and together with the right to maintain <br />drainage ditches thereon as now existing. <br />and <br />The East 233 feet of the South 468 feet of Section 4, Town 31, Range 22, Anoka county, <br />Minnesota. <br />Section 4. As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and <br />previously amended. <br />Section 5.
