5. Rezoning this site from NB, Neighborhood Business District to GB, General <br />Business District will not have an adverse effect on traffic at the site. However, <br />the actual design of the parking lot may have an effect on future traffic flow. <br />Section 2. <br />2001. <br />A public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on May 9, <br />Section 3. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by rezoning <br />from NB, Neighborhood Business District to GB, General Business District, the <br />following described real estate: <br />Lot 9, Auditor's Subdivision No. 134 <br />Section 4. As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed <br />and previously amended. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and <br />publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this: 25th day of June, 2001. <br />ST: <br />Jean <br />er, Deputy Clerk <br />Ber <br />son, ayor <br />Themotion for adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, Reinert, and O'Donnell <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted. <br />
