5. Rezoning this site from NB, Neighborhood Business District to GB, General <br />Business District will not have an adverse effect on traffic at the site. However, <br />the actual design of the parking lot may have an effect on future traffic flow. <br />Section 2. <br />2001. <br />A public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on May 9, <br />Section 3. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by rezoning <br />from NB, Neighborhood Business District to GB, General Business District, the <br />following described real estate: <br />Lot 9, Auditor's Subdivision No. 134 <br />Section 4. As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed <br />and previously amended. <br />Section 5.
