with the City's computer system of the preliminary plat and of supporting documents <br />illustrating all changes and conditions that were required as part of preliminary plat <br />approval. This revised preliminary plat will provide the historical record of the <br />subdivision approval by which subsequent final plats shall be considered. <br />2. Five (5) copies of the final plat and supporting documents, plus any additional copies <br />deemed necessary by the Community Development Department plus one (1) <br />reproducible copy reduced to 11" x 17". <br />3. One (1) up-to-date (within three (3) months) title insurance commitments for the <br />property being subdivided, as the City Attorney or Community Development <br />Department may require. <br />4. One (1) copy of any title declaration, conservation easements, deed restrictions, <br />restrictive covenants, homeowner's association documents, or common interest <br />community documents. <br />5. Documents and information necessary to fulfill the conditions of approval of the <br />preliminary plat. <br />6. Final Plat General Information. <br />a. Name of the subdivision. <br />b. Location by section, township, range, county, and state as well as descriptive <br />boundaries of the subdivision based upon an accurate traverse, giving angular <br />and linear dimensions. <br />c. Scale (engineering only) not larger than one (1) inch equals one hundred <br />(100) feet. <br />d. North point indication. <br />e. The location of monuments shall be shown and described. Monuments shall <br />be at all property corners. <br />f. Location and accurate dimensions of all lots, outlots, streets, and other <br />features.
