Council Member Neal introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />Ordinance No. 19 — 99 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LAND BY THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES TO BLAINE AMERICAN LEGION <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />The real property described as Lot 15, Block 2, Caroles's Estates, 2nd Addition, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota ("Property") is presently owned by the City of Lino Lakes. The City <br />Council of the City hereby determines that the property is no longer needed by the City <br />for any public purpose and that it is in the public interest to sell the property to Blaine <br />American Legion. <br />II. <br />The Mayor and the City Clerk -Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />such deeds and other documents as may be necessary in order to sell the Property to <br />Blaine American Legion. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect f • I and . , 0 days following its <br />passage and publication, in accordance with Self ' 3.09. i.
