ORDINANCE NO. 19 — 99 <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Lvden and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Dahl, Lyden, Neal. <br />The following voted against same: Bergeson and Sullivan. <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />First Reading Approved on July 12, 1999 <br />Second Reading Approved on July 26 , 1999 <br />Published in the official newspaper on August 3, , 1999 <br />Page 2 <br />
