a. Must not be within seven hundred fifty (750) radius feet of an <br />existing residential structure or other advertising structure in a <br />non- freeway area. <br />b. Must not be closer than seven hundred fifty (750) radius feet of <br />another advertising structure. Shall not be closer than twelve <br />hundred (1200) feet to another such advertising structure on <br />the same side of an interstate freeway. For the purpose of this <br />Ordinance, a back-to-back or V -type sign shall be considered <br />as one structure. <br />c. Must not be closer than twelve hundred (1200) feet from any <br />adjoining zoning district. <br />d. Maximum size of sign shall not exceed Six Hundred Seventy <br />Five (675) square feet. <br />e. The site on which the sign is located shall comply with all area <br />and width requirements of the base zoning district. <br />f. Removal of the sign shall be required with the rezoning of the <br />site or redevelopment to add another principle use. <br />4. Business Signs: One ground or wall sign per building, fifty (50) <br />square feet or ten percent (10%) of wall area, whichever is greater. <br />5. No sign may be closer than five (5) feet to any property line. <br />SECTION IV. GENERAL REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL DISTRICTS <br />A. Advertising signs in districts where permitted, must comply with the following: <br />1. Shall only be fabricated of and erected on steel and built to a minimum of <br />thirty (30) pounds per square foot windload factor. <br />2. Shall not be longer than sixty (60) feet. <br />3. Shall have a maximum square footage restriction of seven hundred fifty <br />(750) square feet. <br />B. All signs shall be constructed in conformance with the provisions of the Uniform <br />Sign Code published by the International Conference of Building Officials, which is <br />hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. <br />13 <br />
