2. Business and Professional Building Identifications: <br />a. One ground or wall sign per building, of fifty (50) square feet or <br />twenty percent (20%) of wall area, whichever is greater. <br />b. One ground sign or pylon sign up to fifty (50) square feet; <br />not higher than thirty (30) feet; not closer than fifty (50) feet to <br />another such ground sign, but allowed only if the business is <br />not part of an integrated retail complex. <br />3. Multi -Occupancy Business Signage: When a single principle <br />building is devoted to three (3) or more businesses, signage must <br />comply with Section IV. Subd. Z. of this ordinance and shall be <br />limited to one ground sign of one hundred (100) square foot maximum <br />per development, not higher than thirty (30) feet. <br />4. Advertising Signs: Advertising signs, as defined by Section II, Subd. F <br />of this Ordinance, are prohibited in the LB Zoning District. <br />5. No sign shall be closer than five (5) feet to any property line. <br />b. "NB" Neighborhood Business District" <br />Purpose. The purpose of the NB Neighborhood Commercial District is to provide <br />for the establishment of local businesses for convenience, limited office, retail or <br />service outlets which deal directly with the daily requirements of the immediate <br />neighborhood and which are located along a collector or arterial roadway. These <br />businesses are not intended to draw customers from the entire community. <br />No sign may be closer than five (5) feet to any property line. <br />1. Business Signs : <br />a. Sign or signs attached to building equaling twenty percent (20%) <br />of the building face area or fifty (50) square feet, <br />whichever is greater; not higher than six (6) feet above outside of <br />parapet wall. <br />b. One ground sign or pylon sign up to fifty (50) square feet; not <br />higher than thirty (30) feet; not closer than fifty (50) feet to <br />another such ground sign, but allowed only if the business is not <br />part of an integrated retail complex. <br />7 <br />
